FY2011 H-1B and H2B Cap Count
USCIS updated its count of receipted FY2011 cap-subject H1Bpetitions and advanced degree cap-exempt petitions. As of July 30, 2010, approximately 27,300 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. USCIS has receipted 11,600 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees
As of July 30, 2010, USCIS receipted 3,116 H-2B petitions including approved and pending, toward the 33,000 H-2B cap amount for the first half of the fiscal year
